FWIW, I don't know how many of you guys have Sirius satellite radio...but his adverts have been all over their airwaves the last few days too.

Being from Washington, I haven't gotten any presidential commercials at all, but I have seen Ron Paul signs around town. A couple days ago there were people out waving Paul signs at a busy stoplight. As I sat there through two entire cycles of the light, there were more than a few honks and waves. (Also few angry honks and gestures)

With this and Leno, who knows?

Why would people with Sirius listen to ads?

Why do people with cable watch commercials?

I don't watch commercials because I have a DVR, but to answer the question...

Because almost all cable stations have commercials. Most Sirius stations are commercial-free. If you happen to be listening to a station that has commercials, you can just flip to your favorite music station (or NPR, etc.) and be guaranteed not to flip to a commercial.

If I had to hazzard a guess, I would guess that the channels that have commercials are the talk radio ones or something else where they have a host, but I dunno as I've never tried Sirius.

I dunno, but they play them all the time on the syndicated shows and non-music channels, especially on NFL radio and ESPN radio.

MSNBC must pay someone fulltime to find unflattering photos of Ron Paul.
