hand 1 - value bet on the river. your most likely good here. I'd imagine villain has a King.. called you on the turn (wasnt scared of the potential flush), and will check/call the river.

hand 2 - call. maybe raise if you have any reads on villain on leading out. I imagine he has something like KJ, J8, etc. If he has a better flush, nh and reload.

1. value shove this.

2. having no reads sucks, we don't know what he'll do with a low flush if he's reraised on the river. I still think I shove this. if he has a higher flush, it's a cooler. only 4 hands beat us anyways.

Hand 1: I just valuebet this $28-$35 given we don't yet know villain is bad enough to call the value shove and he is pretty certain to call the vb given turn action.

Hand 2: We are deepish here so I call, but that is probably losing us value due to over-cautious weak-tightness. My guess is that hot players push here. I don't.

nh so far - poooooosh river for value all day we gots less than a PSB left.

#2:

raise flop. We want to make the pot bigger so that on later streets if we make our flush we can get all the chips in. We are deepish and a half pot bet on the flop isn't going to cut it I think. If he reraises big he has a set and we can fold our draw.

As played push river to get value from KJ/set/worse flush - there are a bunch more hands he can have that he'd play like this that we beat than there are higher flushes and if he's got the straight flush - nh.

When you are playing baby flushes and you make the flush you are pretty committed - why are you playing these hands in the first place to back down when you make the hand??

hand 1 is fine to shove on river.

hand 2 -- this is how a passive villain would play the nuts or second nuts. You have neither. I'd flat call an unknown/non-spewy opponent.

With regard to hand 2, are you not mildly concerned with the flop bet sizing??

Villan has either picked a crap board to b/3bet on or is drawing also. Massive reverse implied odds.

Who 1/2 pots this flop with a K?

On the flop, for me this is fold>>PSR>>>>>call (considering villans 1/2 pot bet size).

There is no worse flush that calls a pfr except 23h unless you have read enough to think this villan plays any two suited.
