1: shove, pf is gross. Why did you limp/3bet? Why did you raise to 40? And why did you check the flop? And why are you confused on the turn?

2: no. your straights are dirty and you could very easily be drawing dead to your flush.

Shove 1, fold 2. You don't know how many of your outs for both straights and flushes are in other peoples hands, or may not be good (6d, 9d)

Hand 1- Entire hand was played disgusting, I should have cbet the flop. FWIW i flat called the 35 on the turn, River A, and I stacked off to QQ.

Thanks for the advice all....I really felt like I botched hand 2, but wasn't sure because this is what the other players tabled::

Villain A: 77
Villain B: 95o
Villain C: 9To

unbelievably, my Jack was live, as were my draws. At the time I was reading one villain for having a pair + weaker flush draw, and really didn't think Villain C had any better than top pair

Hand 1: I don't like the LRR with 100BB stacks here with AK live at a [most likely] loose table. Especially unsuited. What were your plans if BB bets out on the flop? As played, I fold but I would never be in this spot. 1/2 live monkeys would never bet KK or JJ on this turn. Ever. You most very well could have the same hands but there are many ways he can have QQ/AA/AQ that would make me cut my losses.

Hand 2: Fold. Pretty sure you are drawing to 3 outs here (a T that isn't a diamond). FD probably is dominated and even in the off chance it isn't, not all diamond outs are clean since 2purr is very likely by someone.
