Can i use my laptop with my Verizon online DSL w/o a wireless router?
I have Verizon online dsl and have it with my desktop computer. I also have a laptop as well but do not have a wireless router. So basically have laptop has no internet at all. I prefer to use my laptop over my desktop.
Can i just my laptop as the computer with the Verizon Online Dsl instead of my desktop? I knokw that if i get a wireless router this wouldnt be any problem but can i have my laptop use my home Verizon Online Dsl as my "base" computer? If so, how do you do this? I am terrible with computers |

how is your desktop physically connected to the internet? With a LAN cable? If so, just unplug it from you DT and stick it in your LT.
