NL100 - AA
I think this is the first time I've ever coldcalled a 3bet w/ AA. Just thought it was the right play as villain is unknown, he just sat down.
How much do you raise on this flop and why? Re: NL100 - AA
this is fine. Sometimes I just shove flop and rep a draw/AK/air. With the A[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img], calling flop and shoving any turn is fine also.

Re: NL100 - AA
Hmm yeah I like your ideas, calling flop with A[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img] and shoving any turn seems like a solid option. Also shoving flop would seem bluffy/drawy enough to get a call. Just raising seemed a little wrong to me for some reason... that's why I posted this here.

as played call flop [/ QUOTE ]] wtf speedlimits? Just call the flop? We want to shove and have it look like a semi-bluff or air. As for pf I think it's fine. You are button v sb and so he's reraising you light a lot, just calling lets him get s amll piece of the flop and makes sure you get a c-bet out of him on most all flops. 4-betting pf is fine but in this situation I like just calling the 3-bet and shoving the flop, I'd never just call on this flop with AA, maybe if it were like 822r then yeah. |

Re: NL100 - AA
Ya I'm kinda liking just shoving over top of him on the flop, that seems kinda sexy.

Re: NL100 - AA
you have just about one PSB once you hit the flop. meh, I'd prob stick it in there and not wait for the turn. He's almost committed anyway with his little flop bet.
FWIW, I like the cold-call PF |

Re: NL100 - AA
I think you raising size is good here. He'll feel commited if he calls your raise. And the money prob goes in on any turn.

Re: NL100 - AA
i don't think it matters much, unless the guy is stupid or something. i'm never calling on that flop though. that's a great flop to get action from this guy's range. i don't want an over to his hand falling on the turn.
