400NL - QQ in 3-bet pot, turn K

Villain is pretty laggy, 30/23/2.5 (~100 hands). It seems like he's a solid player but don't have much of a read yet though. I have already 3-bet him twice preflop from the button, he folded the first pre and c/f flop the second.
I'm running around 23/19/3.

So you think he's turning something like 77 into a bluff or that he floated me OOP ? Or value betting worse (JJ)?

could be betting JJ/TT for sure. probably not turning 77 into a bluff, but its possible. this is the first time he's stood up to you, he doesn't need a big hand (although 22/99/KK are all in his range)

Depending on villians history. If he knows you cbet alot then I make river call because he's either valuebetting JJ, 88, 77 or bluffing with a wide range. He could be firing with KK, 99, 22 maybe even AK. I think history determines bluffing/valuebetting thin frequency.
