20-40 @ Bay 101
I don't know whether this belongs here on the Brick and Mortar section, so move it if necessary. I moved up from the 8-16 table. I expected to find a bunch of LAGs, but instead I found a bunch of TAPs. Really surprised the hell out of me. Most raises in EP caused everyone to fold out. So I adjusted to limping or calling even big hands in EP or otherwise I got no action at all.
Is this normal for 20-40 at Bay101 or did I just hit a weird table. I didn't see this kind of behavior at say Bellagio 15-30. |

I wouldn't necessarily describe it as you do, but it's certainly a tighter game than the Bellagio 15/30 (or the Artichoke Joe's 15/30, for a slightly better comparison). At least in my experience.

Re: 20-40 @ Bay 101
You've sat at a bad table, but tables like that do exist. The Bay 101 20-40 is rarely LAGgy in my experience, it is loose passive on a good day, and tight passive on a bad day. There are some individual LAGs in the player pool, and a few decent TAGs too, but its pretty rare that you get an entire LAGgy table.
