he knows it's not enough left for you to fold so he almost always has an Ace here so i'd fold

Checking the flop is bad because it opens up his range too wide for you to make decisions on later streets. However, when he check raises you here I would be fairly certain that he has some kind of A.

This is an ace nearly every time. Fold as you're drawing to 2 outs.
