And yes, Illini - you probably could kick my ass at archery - but I am just a beginner and I gots the shouldahs to surpass you all! But I also throw like a girl. :-(

Surprisingly hard. For a sport where you stand still the whole time it can work up a sweat. It's all in the shoulders and uses muscles you may not normally use. If you rely solely on arm strength you're screwed. A lot of people had to learn just to get the arrow to make it to the target because they were using the wrong muscles.

And to the 4 0'clock comment - I refer you to JB - IT'S 5 O'CLOCK SOMEWHERE. Although here it's almost 7.

Reading the OP I'm struggling to discover what this thread is supposed to be about. All threads must have a purpose...yet this one's is ambiguous. What are we to make of this poor, ambiguous thread?

The one theme I found is alcohol, so I'd like to submit that I'm currently drinking beer at work after playing a few random games on the company Wii because my company is awesome.

The thread is sort of a continuation of the Advices thread which got miserable hijacked. I then submitted that JB is the best drinking music. So far no one has countered.

Also - it's friday and there needs to be a drinking thread ldoafaikimo.
