I'd call again. Rep weakness, let him keep going if he's bluffing.

What about the river then? I guess he represents a big hand, and I pretty much only beat A8.. and a bluff. I don't feel good about my hand now, but is this still a call?

Turn: ($6.95) A[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img] (2 players)
BB bets $5, Hero calls $5.

River: ($16.95) Q[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img] (2 players)
BB bets $16.95 (All-In)

I see no reason not to raise our hand on the flop. Its strenght is strongly reduced when turn is a blank. Turn is a call when we raise flop, as played it's also a call imo. This is WA/WB and we want to keep everything in that we beat. On the river we get 2:1 which should be enough for a call. The fact that we underrepped our hand till river gives us back some of that value that we missed by not raising the flop.
