Anyone go to a psychologist and it actually help them?
I was thinking I really need one but i dont really see it working. I voluntarily pay and arrive and refuse to open up and i just waste my money is what would happen.
so did anyone get a shrink that actually helped you improve in life or was it basically just like you were paying someone to read your blog and compliment you. -down in the dumps madman

Good therapy is hard to find, if you do find some, stay away from the [censored]'s who want to dope you on pysch drugs.

I've gone to a couple throughout my life. I hated most of them.
I've noticed that female psychiatrists seem to be better because they seem less patronizing. I haven't reached the obligatory 100k sample size yet to know for sure though.

i see one weekly. and yes, very very helpful for me.
(issues: death in the family, parents divorce, financial hell, females, and some self-improvement stuff.) just gotta work on being open. and saddly, just working on that for that hour, helps in relationships more than ud think /strat in BBV4L
