Default Re: 10NL QQ on TJ8 flop (line check)

First off I think raising to $.75-$1 preflop is better option for a couple reasons. You are in horrible position for the rest of the hand, also you are not wanting them to fold by raising here. Villian having those stats plus it being 10NL means that they will still call the bigger raise a majority of the time. You are raising to get more value out of your hand and to create a pot worth committing to.

Betting out is fine here as long as you are betting for the right reasons, which are to profitably price out your opponents hand range and to get a call from a likely worse hand. I do not like your reraise to $7 at all. What is the point of leaving $2.35 behind? You are already committed to the hand at this point as villian can have KQ, AJ, A10, KJ, J10, and loads of other hands even including flopped straights. After you are raised on the flop just shove rest of the stack in. If he got lucky and outflopped you this hand then so be it.

Just make sure you have an understanding as to what range of hands villian is re-raising continuation bets with on the flop as that makes a big difference as you start to move up levels. At this level you are almost always correct in getting it allin though on this flop where you are far more often ahead than behind.
