HI , I have opened the account in Everestpoker and deposited 150USD using

neteller and It is withdrawn that I win 586

I have send Them the Full size screen shots of NETeller account clearly

showing my name and account number, a copy of a recent telephone bill

and the Identification card ID and my driver card to Them Operations Department.

I can use neteller to withdrawal.

But everestpoker has still closed my account

I think the problem is that their Chinese Member is so small. Is there something you can do to make it grow larger? Then it would not be so discrimination, Chinese Members.

Ah the mistake u made was sending the driver card to Them Operations Department

Try sending it to the Hold Them Operations Department next time

I am Chinese member.
I open a accont at everestpoker by May of 2006,I play poker only at everestpoker,almost every day also play poker at everestpoker.I almost only pay SNG.Deposit and cashout always is OK.
But August of 2007,everestpoker need me confirm my account and hold my cashout $800, I send my bank and address document data,so my accont pass confirmation also cashout my won chips.
I play poker only at everestpoker now.
Maybe I got luck.
