Yea doesn't make much sense..

You raise preflop, could put you on a lot and 22-88 are all parts of this range. You bet the flop and it could still be the same. You check the turn but could be looking for a c-r so your range also can still stay the same. Unfortunately, there doesn't seem to be any hands that you c-r on the river after he checks through on the turn because you lose so much value if you actually have a set here that you would bet out most of the time.

P.S. I am going by the regular 1/2 player, and cannot go on you exactly, but generally this is how I would view someone here when I was going through your range.

Obv. this could be changed according to how you play if I played with you.

Edit: Forgot to add: It looks like this guy is making a play as well. I would assume just KQ or something like that and he didn't have any showdown value so he bet it. Personally if you this he is full of [censored] I would call here, but raising generally gets out no better hands because it looks so fishy.

i'd rather just bet 2 or 3 streets or c/f the flop.

I don't like this.

meh, pretty obv that you're repping an overpair, no? If I checked the turn with an overpair I'd go for the river c/r most of the time instead of leading the river. However, I do think 3 barreling works better, but don't think this either really good or really bad.
