I am a grinder. I play full time so I put in a lot of hours as you can see. These are all my hands this year. I moved up to 200NL in january and I only played 100NL when regaining confidence.
I am very frustrated with my winrate. I know there must be a lot of leaks in my game because the games are so fishy here that I should make 5ptbb/100 easily.
Here is the deal: I won't play for the lessons. But I will pay 20% of my improved winrate for the next 500k hands. My 200NL winrate is 1.5 so if you make it 5.5 you will get 0.8 which is exactly 16k... PM me if interested.

Then you aren't appplying enough pressure - you should be getting W$WSF up well over 37% short-handed. Aim for 45%.

Like a lot of low stake multi-tabler grinders you are a little on the TAG/weak-tight side to be honest. (WtSD%/W$SD%)

Positional stats would help a lot..

You can win 1.5PTBB/100 forever playing WT grinder-TAG and the RB is great I assume but you are going to need to rebuild your swing substanitally if you want to step it up - you are well and truly immured in your comfort zone at the moment..
