Default $1/$2 home game pretty deep stacked, this turn a cooler?

This happened around 3am at my homegame. After the deadmoney has been spread around the table, the blinds cease to guide the betting due to the fact that everyone is so deep stacked, 18 is a common bet pre flop. The person I'm up again is a very, very good LAG player who is capable of betting with anything from suited connectors to low pocket pairs and outplaying people on the flop.

This hand began with 3 callers, but I'm only mentioning the stacks of those who saw it to the turn:

Villain UTG+1: $435
You BTN: $575

Preflop: You are dealt 9 [img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img] 9 [img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img]
UTG Folds, <font color="red"> UTG+1 makes it 18 </font>, <font color="red"> Seat 5 calls </font>, Seat 6 folds, <font color="red"> CO calls </font>, <font color="red"> You call </font>, SB and Big blind folds.

Flop: ($75) 2 [img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img] 6 [img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img] 9 [img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img]
<font color="red"> UTG+1 bets $30 </font>, folded to you, <font color="red"> You raise to $100 </font>, <font color="red"> UTG +1 calls </font>

Turn: ($275) 10 [img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img]
UTG checks, You do what?

Talk about one of the two cards that could screw me over. Is this a leak? What am I doing here? It's a huge pot now and I could be drawing to 10 outs now.

A set is possible, I don't think an overpair is though. He would certainly drop that, especially to me, I'm seen as one of the tighter players at the table.

How would he have played an overpair? It seems like if you're seen as a tight player his line makes sense with an overpair. Any set is also likely. You've gotta be pretty far ahead of his range. I say its an easy 200ish bet.
