Default Why should I bet? Why should I not bet? (100nl)

Reads: The only pot I've seen him play in was when he raised A8s utg, got one caller, checked behind on flop and raised a weak bet when he got a FD on turn.

What is the best way to play this turn? It sucks to get raised but I don't think he is raising me with hands that I have beat/split (Ax, Kx, FD). Folding here felt weak too but If I call his turn raise I have to call any no heart river, and I might even be drawing dead...

100 NL, hand converted by the iPoker Converter at Talking-Poker

Yeah thats a fine play. If you bet out flop and you get the turn, and you get reraised thats an easy fold. He can easily have you crused since the 7 sgowerd, plus is hes not an agressive player and he bet that much on the turn you know he has a monster

The only worse hand you are going to get called by is probably just a FD. I c/c to avoid getting pushed off my FD and to induce bluffs . Without the club draw I b/f.

Could you explain why you think b/f is better than c/c?

yeah, you probably should fold when he does the exact same thing to you!

edit: yes i know this situation is different. but im not really willing to just toss TPGK+FD here when we've made a weak bet, and have seen him raise weak bets with draws. im really having trouble putting this guy on a hand that we lose to on that board. people dont call a bet with 7x here very often, and if he has AK/AA/KK then good for him
