Hero river call: Is the ace high or am I?

Villain is fish, 48/10/1.5, 4.5 river aggro over small sample.

Seems pretty donkish overall, has called pretty much every raise I've made, and won something like 10/10 hands vs me.

Haven't seen him make any sort of sizable bet to speak of so far over about 50 hands.

Anyway, what do you think? Is turn dbl barrel terrible? He'd basically just been calling all of my c-bets, and then donking out something retarded on the river after I chk behind turn, so I decided a dbl barrel was in order.

Edit: I really dislike the turn bet which makes my analysis of the river as played sort of irrelevant.
