Default My biggest leak

I get impatient when I'm card dead. I lose in the way you'd expect.....bluffs & generally loose play. Who else suffers from this and how do you fix it.

play more tables at once, so you get dealt playable hands more often.

If I'm card dead and getting frustrated, I try to take a break for a little bit. If I feel a tilt coming on and I'm too stubborn to take a break I like to buy into a cheap SNG or two and donk it up for a bit.

play 12 tables. you will almost always have something to do.

you can't bluff donks. playing 12 tables, in my case anyway, will make you tighten up because sometimes its too much to do something marginal if you have a real hand on another table to focus on. I'm not saying it will end altogether, you just wont feel compelled to do it as much.

Don't you 12-table 1/2? This post doesn't seem too serious

yea...people telling him to play more tables etc. are a little off base. Just learn how to play scs and one gappers and play small pairs for more than set value. This should give you enough to do a lot of the time. If you are still too bored then I'd open up the CO and btn steal ranges to basically atc. Adding 1 hu table can do the trick too since you always have action hu.

Let me re-phrase a bit....

I play worse when I run bad. If I played to the best of my ability when I run bad, I would lose less.

How do I get myself to play to the best of my ability regardless of how well I'm running.

Thats called tilt. I have no answers for it yet, but I have learned to just quit when it starts or I feel it coming.
