ODDSMAKER, with future bet or no? Scam?
I just deposited a measly $50 on oddsmaker.com from the link on 2+2 and of course five minutes later I search for it on the forums and find posts saying its part of futurebet and they dont pay out withdrawls... is this still the case? Does anyone here use oddsmaker? I looked at the site and it says there are based in Europe:
"OddsMaker.com is owned and operated by Zahav Keseph Inc. and is fully licenced by the Government of Curacao Netherlands Antilles, entitling it to offer sports betting, casino games, poker products and other games. The Curacao standard of regulation is largely consistent with that of the United Kingdom, though OddsMaker.com does more than meet the stringent conditions laid down by the Government of Curacao. Furthermore, the company adheres to the code of behavior defined by the Government of Curacao which prescribes rigorous standards with respect to security as well as a responsible attitude towards issues such as protection of minors or gaming addiction." Assuming I turn my 50 into 1k+ through NFL bets this season (lol..) what are the chances I can get the money out? |

Re: ODDSMAKER, with future bet or no? Scam?
My personal opinion is scam and the chances of you successfully cashing out any winnings is slim at best and if you are eventually successful you will probably have to wait months, endure countless delays, and be lied to repeatedly about why you haven't received your money yet. Any site associated with Future Bet in any way is garbage. I wouldn't deposit a cent of my own money there and my personal feelings about a network that would ripoff poker players for millions of dollars is such that I honestly would probably try to prevent even my worst enemy from depositing money there. Just my 2 cents.

Where is said link? [/ QUOTE ] Neither would I but click the sporting events link under other topics and there is a huge ad for oddsmaker right there, irresponsible of two+two if you ask me... doesn't seem right. Also, just had a live chat with one of oddsmakers employees: Sherlyn: Welcome to Customer Service. How may I help you today? Sherlyn: Are you still associated with FutureBet? Sherlyn: Is that your question? Sherlyn: The answer is no, and never we have been connected with them Sherlyn: Would there be anything else that I can help you with? ur54sold: Yes ur54sold: one moment ur54sold: according to two+two forums and another site oddsmaker.com was associated with Futurebet, if that is the case... has that partnership been terminated and who is the new service provider for oddsmaker? ur54sold: hello? Sherlyn: We were never affiliated with any other companies Sherlyn: We are an independent one What the hell is she talking about? |

Where is said link? [/ QUOTE ] This is what sportsbookreview has to say 8/15/2007 11:02 PM oddsmaker (SBR rating D-) slow-paying clients including its non-US players. The sportsbook has been relisted in the SBR rating guide as a member of the Futurebet Group of sportsbooks and should be avoided. oddsmaker is now relying on Futurebet's cashier and PlayerSupport services as well as its software. The group's payout complaints are on the rise as they are each year before the start of the betting season. |
