BBV, should I be worried?
So, I'm an underage fellow, I mainly lurk here in BBV, but i realized that i have pics of most of my ex's and a few hookups in the n00d...and they are underage...
so, BBV, when i turn 18...if i ever get arrested or have my computer taken by the po-po's....should i be worried about getting busted for child porn? I have like a total of 30some pics, and i really really really dont want to delete em...so BBV, whats my play? sorry i cant show the pics obv cuz then it would be child porn |

PM me, I'll give you AIM sn. You can send them to me, I'll hold on to them, then whenever you want to look at them, just IM me, I'll send them back to you, then you can rub one out and close the AIM Photo Viewer. Problem solved.

Re: BBV, should I be worried?
Rename the files to 'not_child_porn1.jpg', 'not_child_porn2.jpg' etc and you should be fine

Yes, you should be worried, but it's okay. Prison isn't that bad.

Re: BBV, should I be worried?
You'd better define "n00d".
Are we talking "Artful" or "offensive to most"? Either way, you'd better post the pics so that we can give you educated opinions. |

Re: BBV, should I be worried?
funny is that i have a jd and dont know the exact answer to this question, cause i got a buddy in the same boat (he is like 27 now, still has vid of when he was 15 with some girl). I do know that this kind of child porn is different in a sense from the kind that the government wants to prevent. The typical stuff is made by (as you can imagine) pervy old men who take advantage of girls/boys, so they make the stuff radioactive illegal in hopes that children arent harmed. That isn't the case here at all, so it is a bit different. Though I seriously doubt the law makes this kind of distinction - I would guess you would have a stronger free speech argument.
