I think checking is superior if you have a read that he will make a big call on the river if turn checks through. He has 3 outs on average.

this seems like a spot where a lot of villains range only gives you one more street of value. hes not calling off with AT if hes at all sane and the only hand that pays turn and river mayyyyybe is JJ. I'm c/cing this turn (c/f vs specific players) and if it checks through value towning river.

Of villain's range we beat 77, 88, JJ. If villain is good, He wont call a bet with any of those, and he will check those behind. I think c/f is good.
