Re: Do you call these ?? 11$ NLTRN
hand#1 - You can fold this hand if your opponent is a solid player and doesn't call raises with atc . I would expect him to have a-5,a-6 maybe a-7. It's probably unlikely he had a flush draw but maybe he called pre with 4-5 s .
hand #2-You have a call here . It's the first hand of the match( is it the same player?) so you shouldn't easily give him credit for a flush . hand #3-I probably check-raise with top pair in this spot .In any case , if he's a good player then you should consider laying this down but the decision is a difficult one to make . If he's weak and the spewy type , then a call becomes correct . You're losing to 8-7 , 8-3 and you beat 7-3 , 7-2 and maybe 3-2. In the end , calling doesn't seem right if you put him on two pair or better . |

Re: Do you call these ?? 11$ NLTRN
Clarification : each hand is a different opponent.
Hand 1 : Does taking into consideration the ton of draws that couldve missed still make this a fold in ur opinion? Hand 2: A flush is one possibility, but so are 22,33,45. Other than the pfr in the 1st hand maybe being "wrong" feel free to say if u wouldve played any hand/street differently thx. |

Re: Do you call these ?? 11$ NLTRN
The more I look at #1, I am thinking of calling here, but I would usually fold here. Why did you check on the turn?
As for the PF raise, I don't like mini-raising. Your hand is plenty strong enough for a raise. #2- call. #3- I am calling, I wouldn't be surprised to see a bunch of junk here. Or slow-played big pairs. |

Re: Do you call these ?? 11$ NLTRN
I'm probably calling all of these in an 11. For the most part I call all of these in higher games than 11s.
I don't see how you ever fold hand 1 though. Sure it can look like a 6 and may be exactly how this guy plays a 6, but for every 6 there's like 5 other hands you beat that he plays like this. |

Re: Do you call these ?? 11$ NLTRN
I call the first 2 (with the second one being almost a crying call), but 3 is a definite fold imo.
Look at stacks, and given that he is a winning player, he is not doing this with top pair. If he has a draw, he's totally just going to call your turn donk here given this price on the turn, I think he has in the ballpark of top 2 here very, very often, and is putting you on a draw and doesn't want you to blocker bet and see a cheap river. You have like a tenth of your stack committed here and you're beat all the time, easy easy fold. |

Re: Do you call these ?? 11$ NLTRN
I don't think you're beat here all the time. It's an 11, just because he's a winner doesn't make him good or mean he doesn't shove draws here. There's plenty of winners in the 11s that are very bad, they just are better than the losers.

Re: Do you call these ?? 11$ NLTRN
I think I worded it incorrectly than I meant to, by "all the time" I didn't actually mean 100% I mean very often. But given the pot odds, I still think it's an easy fold. With better odds, it can be a call, but I do think this is a very very marginal pot and easy to get away from, and definitely pretty -EV.

Re: Do you call these ?? 11$ NLTRN
1. fold you are losing to everything that isn't a pure bluff. you can call against the right opponent but mostly fold.
2. call! [censored] fold. idk, that's tough. at first glance i thought it was a clear call, but looking again i think he has the nutzz 3. this i call in a fawking hart beet. maybe its spew? but it looks like an overpair to me. |
