Fair enough.. but what do we beat? Unless this guy loves his TPTK or is holding a draw like QJ or Ax of clubs, we seem to be dead in the water.

Villain can be an idiot with K5, Q5, can have KT, QT, AK, KJ, QJ. More likely than TT, J9, and AJ. You might not play all those hands I listed in his range this way, but villains are stupid.
