Default Getting my flopped 2 pair Raised on the turn, NL100 FR

this is a situation I have been running into often. Basically I flop 2 pair from the BB in a unraised pot, I lead w/ a PSB, adn on the turn when i bet again, I get Raised. It happened to me twice tonight and both times I called down planning to call a 1/2-2/3 pot sized bet on the river. Both times I was ahead. What is the best play here on the turn and river?
in hand 1 villain is a 24/1

that was what i was thinking. I have folded top 2 pair on the turn many times but didnt feel there was a big threat on these boards. i have also 3 bet 2 pair on the turn as well. Woops, posted results by accident.

if u even slightly respect the play of your opponents, then going broke with these hands in limped pots is clearly minus ev
