What's the dillio here?
Can you request cash? What sort of things do you use your fpp for and what have you requested through the concierge?

i don't mean to be nasty about this, but is there a particular reason that you wouldn't email pokerstars and ask them this stuff directly?
that way, you can rely absolutely on the advice they give... (don't get me wrong - while the advice of anonymous people on an anonymous internet message board can be right, it's not exactly something you'd want to rely upon if push came to shove)
