PokerStars Tournament, Big Blind is t3000 with t300 antes (7 handed) Converter on pregopoker.com
UTG (t23800) UTG+1 (t9702) MP1 (t104999) Hero (t24222) Button (t53372) SB (t21949) BB (t31956) Preflop: Hero is in CO with 6[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img] 6[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img] UTG folds, UTG+1 raises to t9402 (All-in), MP1 calls t9402, Hero ... MP1 is a complete and utter donkey who hits every card under the sun and no way is folding if I push. UTG+1 is on like A2+/22+/broadway/K7+/Q9/and maybe J9/T9/98... thoughts? |

If your read is correct then a shove would be +Ev I think. However, your read has to be pretty damn correct a very high percentage of the time to make it +Ev. If your that sure then I am behind a push.

I like folding here. You're likely +cEV but you can find a better spot.

If we are +cEV why would we wait for a better spot, especially in a turbo where blinds get up so quickly and it very quickly becomes a donkfest with lots of all in's. If we win this pot then we will have quite a few chips to work with and could very well catapult(sp) us to the top three.

[/ QUOTE ] I think u have to get it in here. You have 33% equity in the main pot if you are against two unparied hands (4 overcards) 43% if they share an overcard. The side pot is worth 30K as well. You only have 8BBs to start the hand, so u can't pass this opp to almost triple up. |

I think a fold, slight +cEV might not be +$EV here and sometimes you are totally hosed.

PUSH!!!!!! We have +EV vs. UTG+1 with that range you stated you put him on. As for the donkey of course he will call you and I'm sure his range is even worse, so why wait for another spot?? With 5 minute blinds bearing down on you, this may be your best spot to make your push to try and win this thing.
Why fold and wait for another spot when the donkey is going to call you anyway, mine as well go for it now, 66 could be the best hand you will see for the rest of this tourney with the turbo structure and if you pass on this you will have no FE on future hands with that donk there anyway, so I say easy push here. |
