Hi,
About two months ago I created an account with pinnacle and deposited a small amount, $100, just to get acquainted with their service and lines. I actually didnīt use their book much, I only made one bet, and yesterday I decided to withdraw the remaining amount, $95. Today I received a mail from their support, stating that I havenīt met the wagering requirements for a withdrawal. Now I know that wagering requirements need to be met in order to receive bonuses, but I never received/claimed any bonuses, and the mail clearly states that I need to bet a certain amount before I can be eligible for a free withdrawal. I understand that pinnacle only allows 1 free withdrawal per month, but this is my first ever withdrawal request. Can anyone confirm if this is indeed their standard policy? |

Yup standard policy at most poker/casino/sports books, they ask you to wager your money to cover the cost of fee's incurred by transferring money into/out of the site.

Bodog and sportingbet let me withdraw without having to cover my deposit, but other books my have the same policy as pinnacle.
I canīt think of one poker room that has this policy, and I play on the majority of the bigger networks. Guess I should read the T&C better next time, though I still think itīs a bit lame. Thanks for the response. |

even lamer that you can't find ANYTHING to bet at Pinnacle to begin with?
I'm sure someone here could even ask you to scalp or middle something out for them, and then settle up elsewhere. |

Take Hawaii at -1000. They'd never come close to losing to a lower-tier mid-major on the road early in the season. And UNLV's a lapdog. LOL at them competing with a Top 25 team.
