$1-$3 AQ Live
Effective stacks=$400
I am in SB with AQ off. MP limps, fairly decent TAGGY type player in HJ raises to $12, folds to me and I call. MP calls as well and the flop is J92r and it checks to TAG, who checks as well. Turn is a 9, it checks to TAG again, who bets $15, I raise to $40, MP folds. I raise because I know he missed and I want to rep a 9. TAG calls. River is a 2, I lead for $70...... Thoughts? |

Re: $1-$3 AQ Live
I fold against a player with a tag image pf with a hand like that.

Re: $1-$3 AQ Live
Playing higher live stakes I would fold preflop, but I didn't mind as soft as most of the table was, and I felt I could get away from a TP type hand if needed. Usually I also reraise this PF playing online, but just called so the pot didn't get bloated. I felt I was okay against a lot of his raising range from HJ.

Re: $1-$3 AQ Live
The money doesnt matter...the fold is player dependent. You said he was a tag. Fold.

Re: $1-$3 AQ Live
i think if he calls the turn raise, he's going to call this river very often.
i like the bet size, but probably 65 is better. |

never play at the argosy [/ QUOTE ] LOL were you the villain or just witness the hand? Looking back I should have checked the river effang, because he's probably not going anywhere. Figured he would give me credit on the double paired board for T9, A9, etc.... |
