3Ls, don\'t forget to register for the Nov. MPRE
This is one of those things that my law school/firm/PR class never mentioned to me. The only reason I know about it from other students. I don't think you have to take it in Nov., but that seems to be what everyone does.

I took it in March. You can cram and pass with no problem (I studied the day before and got a 130). I recommend this, especially if you are taking it in November and can take it again in March.

In fact, not only did we have an entire essay question (out of nine) dedicated to the Oregon Ethics Code, it appeared as 15% or more on two other essays! Really, though, MPRE shouldn't take up more than a day and a half of your life. |

[/ QUOTE ] Yea, it's good because it's not admin law, but it's also the one people study for the least because, come on, we just had to take the MPRE! But, so long as you assume (correctly based on released student answers) you don't need to quote the actual rule, ethics is pretty common sense. Unless you're unethical. Then you're screwed. |

Re: 3Ls, don\'t forget to register for the Nov. MPRE
(Concurring) I join my brothers who say do not sweat the MPRE. Don't make the mistake that I made in thinking that those passing scores for each jurisdiction are percentages. Those are raw scores out of 150 with the average around 100, so even a requirement of 85-86 is very easy.

We have the "diploma privilege." We only have to take a few specific classes and then we're admitted to the bar. No tests. No mess. thank zeus.
