Products that seem like a good idea at first
But are just trouble or generally suck.
Breathalyzers - seem like a great tool for safe driving and a fun party game. But you actually can not eat or drink within 30 minutes of using it or the results are inaccurate. They also have to be sent back to the manufacturer every 5-6 months for recalibration that costs around $20-30. Frozen pre-cooked chicken strips - seems like they would save time and energy, but really taste like soggy cardboard. X-box 360- supposed to be the next step in gaming evolution. Instead, its plagued by general hardware failure, overheating, and system disk scratching. |

Kitchen blowtorches - I keep saying to myself, "I will make some creme brulee and/or broiled sushi with this" but I haven't yet.

Flipcap on toothpaste tubes....
Great, now its easier for the spouse to put the cap back on....but now it gets all gucked up with dry, crusty but still sticky toothpaste. Hooray. And FU flip Wilson, your commercials still sucked bigtime. |

I enjoy all of the products in the OP. With the chicken strips, how you cook them is key. If you want them to taste like restaurant bought ones, you're going to have to fry them. You can get them to taste about right in the oven though too, by using a proper coating of oil and cooking them just the right amount of time.
