Re: 2/4 second pair vs 15/10/2
Aye, that check looks to be like a pot control check, and its obv he doesn't have an A here, so I assume a sizeable but not too large bet will get him to fold those hands if not then meh and you have a [censored] image and exploit that in further hands.

Re: 2/4 second pair vs 15/10/2
i think betting here is awful
if he checks turn, floating wouldnt be bad, but i doubt hes folding just give up, u have a little showdown value, but the ace pairing is a badddd card to try and get him off 10-10-kk..... and he bet the turn, why cant he have an ace? or set going for a check raise? |

He folds nothing that beats you here and calls with nothing that you beat.

Re: 2/4 second pair vs 15/10/2
If you really want to try to force him off his hand then raise the turn otherwise just fold the turn like a good boy.

Re: 2/4 second pair vs 15/10/2
folding turn seems pretty bad. there's a pretty strong inverse correlation between our pot equity and our implied odds here. no matter what he has we should be at least calling.
