Combo Draw Turned Into a Bluff
Villain in the hand is a regular who runs at 21/16.
Full stacks. 1. Folds to me in the SB, I raise to $4 with 5 [img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img] 7 [img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img]. BB calls. 2. Flop comes K [img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img] Q [img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img] 5 [img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img], pot $8. I lead $7 and BB calls. 3. Turn 3 [img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img], pot $21. I lead $17 and BB calls. 4. River T [img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img], pot $54. I shove all in, it's $62 to him. Thoughts? Is a river bet of $45 better here? |

Re: Combo Draw Turned Into a Bluff
I don't think I bet the river, anything that beats you that called flop and turn is gonna call again IMO.
It is BVB afterall, I check/fold river. |

Re: Combo Draw Turned Into a Bluff
I really don't see what can call me other than KT and maybe QT to be honest.
I feel like my range includes sets/two pairs/straights while his only includes a few two pairs. Could be way off here though. |

Re: Combo Draw Turned Into a Bluff
Bump, I'm trying to work on my 3-barreling more and thought this might be a good spot.
I think we fold out KJ, QJ, JT, and anything with a diamond and a T in it. Anyone else have any input or is this just a bad spot to do this? |
