Default 30r FT hand against Bond

I dont have much history with bond but he knows who i am etc. I tanked preflop, can i 3 bet call or 3 bet fold? Both options sucked and i know Bond is fairly aggressive so i flatted in SB. Thoughts on flop/preflop etc. Whats the best line, Can i call flop? fold? I kinda don't like my shove but my time bank was going down... and i panicked and shoved..

That's a huge bet considering your absolutely [censored] if you are called. I'd just 3bet/fold preflop or c/c flop, shove sux.

I like fold or 3betting preflop mostly because of my cash game days... AJ is a trouble hand to play OOP and here you find a perfect example of that.

lets say you 3 bet to 45k, are you calling a shove or folding?

3bet and call shove bonds in a happy 4bet mood and rightfully so .

but in a vacuum I just fold PF here yes its weak but it's the less of 3 evils.

This is a spot where i'd be 3 betting a ton of hands since Bond doesn't wanna tangle with us just as much as we don't wanna tangle with him. But when we get AJ it's a little tricky since AJ actually has a lot of value and we don't wanna waste it by 3bet/folding. AQ is an easy 3bet/call but AJ i'm not sure about it. But I do think that folding can't possibly be right just because it's so incredibly weak.
