Default Leak from the Blinds? My PT results

Hi guys, I've been doing quite a fair bit of reading and understand the fundamentals. But I still seem to be losing money, and I believe there is a leak in my play. After looking at the PT stats, I realised my blinds are leaking real bad.

Can anyone advise if this is really a huge leak? Or I should be defending my blinds more?

How about other positions... I feel that I should actually be winning more from the late positions. How about my agressiveness from the various positions?

you fold your BB too much.

also, your stats dont look fine to me, your PFR is way too low as is your VPIP.

also keep in mind that you are expected to lose money in the blinds. it is impossible to show a profit from the SB and BB.

So what is a reasonable figure for the figures you mentioned? I'm new to PT data, so I can only figure out that VP$IP is about 15 to 20. Mine is 14+

In full ring, VPIP should be around 20 and PFR should be around 12. Although if you play in tight games, your PFR might creep up higher than that and your VPIP may go down a bit.

Im at 18/10.5 for a 3.5BB/100 winrate over >25k this year. I steal pretty aggresively (35-40%). if I were able to play juicy tables each and everyday that my VPIP would be > 20 and my PFR would drop a bit. if I didnt multitable so much I'd would probably get better reads and thus be able to vpip a bit more.

My postflop play is much better this year than last year but I still dont think I play good enough to could run at 3.5BB/100 if I played 20/12 and I wouldnt want a noob to play 20/12 in the games I play.

Dang, I've been trying to get above 17/8.5 at FR and just can't see where I can grab those extra %% without making spew plays.

Remy, youll find it easier to get your PFR up than your VPIP..well thats how it worked for me. Steal and isolate more.

Marquis... we all know you're a big nit
that is crushing the game!

But honestly... I see nothing wrong w/ that as a baseline.
Plus, if OP even tried to hit those targets, he's still only hit about 18/9 prolly.

Hmm, I happen to be running at 20/11.8

Look in the Micro FAQ (top of the list of threads) for general PT guidelines. Also, you should give us some idea of what limits you're playing, as that influences some of these statistics. Might explain why your RFI is sub-5 from the Button and CO.

Actually, .5044-something. So, he's moving around in blinds. We should know how much, and it's the sort of thing we shouldn't be expected to figure out for ourselves if he's asking us for help.

Ah, it's good to be home.
