Default Raise flop or likey?

villain is pretty bad, seems loose PF. He could be donking the flop with pretty much anything but most likely a pair or draw.

Full Tilt Hold'em (6 handed) Hand History Converter Tool from FlopTurnRiver.com (Format: 2+2 Forums)

Preflop: Hero is UTG with J[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img], J[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img].
Hero raises, 3 folds, SB calls, BB 3-bets, Hero caps, SB calls, BB calls.

Flop: (13 SB) 7[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img], 6[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img], 8[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img] (2 players)
SB bets, BB calls, Hero calls.

Turn: (8 BB) 5[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img] (3 players)
SB checks, BB checks, Hero bets, SB calls, BB folds.

River: (10BB) T[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img] (2 players)
SB bets, Hero raises...

Edit: converter messed it up, I've tried to fix manually.

wow weird hand

i assume you were waiting to raise safe turns.

i would just call the river. raising seems too thin, it doesn't seem like you'd want to raisefold against a bad player who you want to showdown against.

I don't understand why you raise the river, but you called the flop?
