Help with some basic info in PT

-How can I get total winnings between 2 time period?

-Can someone point me to some poker graphing software for use with PT.
- If at all possible, would be awesome if I can somehow have both of my usernames (same site) combined in one graph.

This does everything you want.

For the two time period go to preferences and select date between date

Umm .. on the first tab, it has a checkbox "Use All ScreenNames"

I don't quite get this. I have an insane number of hands and more than 10k players in my db cuz i datamine. I click on the search button under that and my it just kinda takes for ever...

It should default to your screen name and aliases, if you have chosen the proper database from the list on the left.

Have you told pokertracker what your player id is?
Go to preferences and at the bottom it says Automatically display my stats my name is...

I don't see in PT or P-Grapher saying "Automatically display my stats my name is... "
