Default 5/10 Live in Philippines - Weird Hand

Table is pretty weird and bad... everyone is playing pretty loose preflop but somewhat really nitty postflop with occasional outbursts of overplaying top pair and other stupid stuff.

My image is pretty agressive at this point - I'm taking down a lot of pots preflop, raising a lot. Most stacks are in the 500-600 range but I'm sitting on 2k.

S

I open in MP with 2[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img] 5[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img] to 40

I get called in 4 spots by the CO (500) Button (1300) SB (800) BB (600)

Flop is 2[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img] 8[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img] 9[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img]

Checked to me. I bet 120 into a 160 (I thought about CR here too but it's been playing pretty passively and I've been taking down a lot of pots on the flop, which I guess is an argument to bet)

Button who's actually somewhat decent calls along with the SB. I was pretty shocked that they both called as I was getting very little action on flop bets despite playing really agressively.

Turn (Pot 520$) 5[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img]

SB has like pot size left and checks the Button has around 1100

Your play?

I don't know how much credit to give the button here with this call on the flop. I am inclined to just give him credit for a draw at this point potentially making any clubs on future streets harzardous..with that in mind i feel that there is a higher chance of these phillipinos drawing than being made so i bet the turn ~ $400.

Button is a white dude (so he's a little better at poker)

Not being racist... I'm half Filipino. It's just a fact that most of them aren't very good considering how new it is to the country.

so im assuming the button has been playing loose too. u got any idea of his hand ranges? the fact he has money could be linked to the possibility he plays the 2nd tightest at the table..

He's playing somewhat snug and a little too passive. I see weird [censored] in full ring like people limping QQ in the co etc...

I feel like shoving, because: 1) Get them to usually fold better flush draws, 2) maybe get hero call from top pairish type hand, 3) our hand is pretty vulnerable if they are behind.

I don't mind shoving here but for different reasons - If I get flush over flushed after betting the turn normally and he happens to just call so be it.

It's going to be hard to play a TON of rivers oop anyways if I just bet normally. I think it's a weird spot because of the stack size (he has a a little over 2x pot on the turn).

He will call with a lot of top pair hands (maybe even JJish) and his draws if I just bet like 500, but that leaves 600 on the river.
