Villain is 2+2er Rolen, who plays micro-nl through hsnl, somehow..

He runs at 19/16/2.4/423. 8% 3-bet. 39% c-bet.

A little while ago he raised from the CO, I reraise from the BTN and he INSTA 4-bet me and I folded.

hero bets $50? I think he shows up with like KQ here or AJ or something along those lines. The turn screams "I'm not holding an awesome hand, but I don't want to get floated"

Yeah, I think villain has something in that range. With his aggression I'm surprised he checked the turn when the board paired. Somewhere in the 40-50 range should get paid off here.

pot it, it will look so fishy/floaty/not like a K at all. basically, rep quads, and he won't believe you. what program do you use that displays 3-bet %?

edit: looks more like QQ than KQ after that turn check

Why is this being posted ... if you want to continue betting on the low side of things, bet $43

The reason I post this is because we have multiple options and I'm not sure which is best. I have some trouble handreading him here. The options are shove/overbet, pot, valuebet or small bet.

i think you should try to get value from a J here because if we work with the assumption he's got a 50/50 chance to have a J (or something like QQ) or a K here (all other possibilities being much irrelevant)- and i think this is probably close to the truth:

he will very often call a slightly more than 1/2PSB with both a J and a K here.

however he will call considerably less than 1/2 of that time when you pot it.

not the most brilliant use of the english language, but i hope you get my point.
