Default Should I 2nd barrel this turn (3-6)

The opponent joined the table the last orbit, seems to play a TAG/LAG game. Should I fire a second barrel on this “good” turn card? Or is that just spewing against an unknown that have called you both PF and on the flop?

I fire again, for sure. By the way, I like to just call PF. I don't like to build big pots OOP.

i agree with this entire post. the turn card is great and he'll fold just about everything. i saw that somebody said bet 111 and shove any river, but i'd probably just shove it in on the turn

I did a bad bet size on the turn ~$300 which he called, and then I put the last $200 in on a blank river which he of course called and flipped over 88 to show a set.

Later I realized that he played aggressive PF but then got very passive AF of 0.5, would you still fire the second barrel on the turn?

111 into 400 on turn, is that standard with anything?

In a 3-bet pot he will fold often enough on this turn for a second barrel to be profitable. "Well sheet, now my 1010 doesn't beat anything"

Given the pot size, that means pushing the turn, right? There is only $480 left and a $400 pot. So, the second barrel is the only barrel left, no?

That was going to be my other question, should I push AI or is it better to bet low and then fold to a re-raise?

betting smaller imo is better for your game on the whole in rr'd pots, the smaller the pots are the more room you have to outplay your opponents and exercise a difference in skill

of course if you suck then you should bet big and rr as big as you can so that nobody can do anything except play their hand straight up

that's just my opinion though i'm sure i'm horribly wrong in every way possible
