K10s, turn question
Party Poker 3/6 Hold'em (4 handed) FTR converter on zerodivide.cx
Preflop: Hero is Button with K[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img], T[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img]. UTG calls, Hero raises, SB calls, BB calls, UTG calls. Flop: (8 SB) 8[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img], 2[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img], 9[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img] (4 players) SB bets, BB calls, UTG folds, Hero calls. Turn: (5.50 BB) K[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img] (3 players) SB bets, BB raises, hero..............? no read on the sb, BB looks tight tagish with stats of 21.8/11.97/1.68 over 142. Am I looking to CC this, or three bet. I'm pretty sure that the BB has a King, and I'm sure that AK would get three bet PF |

Re: K10s, turn question
I don't see anything wrong with just calling here. No need to 3-bet as protecting your hand/getting value is somewhat pointless. You do want to show this down though.

Re: K10s, turn question
What do you think BB is cold calling with preflop? If he really is a TAG give the action I'd say he has KJ or KQ, maybe KTs. I'd just fold it.

There is another player in that CCed. Now, I have a higher VPIP then the BB, but, when a raise comes from LP and there is a CC along with a limper in front, I'm finding a lot of hands to call with from the BB for one bet |

Re: K10s, turn question
you're right. I wasn't paying attention. yah maybe a call down is alright here, villan could reasonably have any suited king.
I'd still chuck it though. villan is more likely to have a king that beats you than one that you beat because he'd likely call pf with the bigger offsuit kings but not the smaller offsuit ones. |

Re: K10s, turn question
Hmmmmmm, Im not folding this one but I think a 3bet maybe a bit much. Ill likely call this one down and maybe raise a safe river. I think its close between 3bet and calling

Re: K10s, turn question
Well you're ahead of K7 and below.
Think i'd ditch it. |

Re: K10s, turn question
You guys are ignoring the parlay you have to cover. SB cc'd preflop and donked into 4 players. Now BB is raising a straight completing turn against a PFR who only called on the flop, meaning he should be leary of the K.
I muck. |

Re: K10s, turn question
i read g00t.
It's still a fold, for the reasons I stated, sans-the straight part. |
