Throwing Rocks At Moving Vehicles

Someone's throwing rocks at cars again in my area. WTF is wrong with these people?

Last summer there were similar incidents further west of this location, then in the fall a group of kids was tossing pumpkins and cinder blocks off of overpasses onto commuters. What is their major malfunction? I want to stomp on their sacks.

Yeah, the [censored] that was convicted of the route 49 incidents got off with only probation and time served. The stupid kids that were terrorizing route 2 last fall got minimal sentences, too (I think only one of them did time, like 6 months or something).

Rocks? We threw snowballs, never rocks. We never threw the snowballs at pickup trucks or Corvettes either, just vans, station wagons and other vehicles that were sure to have women drivers.
