Considering that Schilling has already issued a public apology admitting that what he said was irresponsible and incorrect, it would be hard for him to argue that what he said was true....especially considering that it isn't.

And remember when Schilling was on Costas' show, he said "if I were in his (Bonds) position, I'd be suing the ass off of people if they were saying that stuff about me."
