KK 300 bb deep
villain is huge donkey who i had been raping for the first hr we had been playing bc he kept limping and i kept raising and he was folding to my cbets when i had nothing and playing back at me when i had strong hands. then i lost a 400bb pot to him where i 3bet, he 4bet, and i pushed preflop and my KK lost to his JJ, giving him most of his current stack.
on this hand, hows my 3bet size considering stacks? i made it more than pot but not much more bc he had been folding to a good amount of 3bets preflop and i figured i could control the size of the pot if i wanted after the flop since i had position. when he donks the flop, i decide i'm just going to call down all three streets. i've caught him donking with air before and want to give him a chance to keep firing while not inflating the pot too much in case he outflopped me. anyone find a raise here on flop, turn, or river? or a fold for that matter? i don't think i could ever fold considering how i played it but am interested in all thoughts. Re: KK 300 bb deep
any money you raise him on the flop will later be added to your stack when the hand is finished, poker is awesome that way

Re: KK 300 bb deep
Versus the type of player you described I'm not sure why you are calling every street. He has Qx here a lot of the time and you are essentially throwing money away by not getting value out of it.
I'm not sure how you figure that THIS guy can't have a handd on the flop that we beat but will be calling raises (QJ? QT? 6c5c etc?). According to the OP, he CALLED a 5 bet AI PF with JJ. |

Re: KK 300 bb deep
kinda looks like you were scared during this hand even if you justify ur plays to urself.
i would raise the flop to a smallish number (maybe to 140ish) to intice him into sticking around. this obv allows you to make a bigger value bet on the turn and then play accordingly on the river. |
