Default 100NL - so lost

BB is 35/0/5 drooler. MP is rebuyboy (kinda tricky tag). I hate my line

BB: $99.31
UTG: $145.90
MP: $98.50
CO: $443.24

Preflop: Hero is dealt J[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img] J[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img] (6 Players)
UTG folds, <font color="red">MP raises to $4.00</font>, CO folds, BTN calls $4.00, <font color="red">Hero raises to $16.50</font>, BB calls $15.50, MP calls $12.50, BTN calls $12.50

Flop: ($66) 7[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img] K[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img] 9[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img] (4 Players)
Hero checks, BB checks, MP checks, BTN checks

Turn: ($66) K[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img] (4 Players)

I fold turn because MP calls. We can't beat 2 guys here.
Only one scenario is good for us: BB has a 9 and MP TT.

i think the 3b should be a bit more to like 20. The thing about these situations is that if he thinks you're squeezing he's going to resqueeze a lot, and then i'm not sure you can call?

i guess my question is JJ a good hand to squeeze with? how is just calling preflop?

just calling pf is plain horrible.
/OP I think your line is ok, you are getting good odds and might well have the best hand on the turn (drooler can have air alot and the tag could be doing this with many pairs and some draws), but if the drooler bets the river you are in an ugly spot.

just calling pf is fine, and certainly much better than sticking 1/6 of your stack in and then having no idea what to do unless you flop a set

[/ QUOTE ]

as played, fold the turn

Fair enough... but just calling pf is NOT "plain horrible" and I think I like it better in this spot with these stack sizes actually...

so many posts lately someone 3 bets JJ/TT oop, gets a caller, OH NOES HE DIDN'T FOLD TO MY CBET, NOW WHAT DO I DO after sticking in like almost half their stack...

the thing is if rebuyboy thinks you're squeezing he's going to play back, either by raising or calling to try and outplay you postflop. If he just calls, drooler likely calls too, and then we have this situation.
