i dont like your flop line. why minraise? If he folds it means you had the best hand, if he shoves you might still have the best hand but you cant call. depending on how the table dynamics were i'd prolly c/c the flop if you'd been raising a lot and see what the turn brings. if you are gonna c/r the flop make a proper raise tat way you might have some FE.
as played fold, he either has you crushed or flipping |

yea I was very tentative with the raise, and I figured he'd fold to any size raise if he was c-betting.

didnt realise it wasnt actually a minraise, still if you're gonna c/r i'd make it at least $9-10. but i wouldnt do it with a hand like 55, rather just overcards or something.
