QQ vs TAG in reraised pot - intersting turn card
<font color="blue"> villain is a multitabling TAG, probaly a 2p2er. he runs 16/14/4 over hundreds of hands. hasnt been very aggro out of the blinds so far, but probably realizes that ive been opening a ton of hands from the CO and button. we havnt tangled much post flop so far, as one of us has either taken down the pot PF or on the flop.

Re: QQ vs TAG in reraised pot - intersting turn card
calling preflop is tricky, but when you do that you should definitely raise the flop, especially such a super drawy flop...

Re: QQ vs TAG in reraised pot - intersting turn card
Should've reraised preflop. If calling preflop, raise flop. Flop is as bad as it can get for you in terms of undercards working together. You gotta take it down now or make him pay big to see the turn.

Re: QQ vs TAG in reraised pot - intersting turn card
If you check turn he'd probably bet big or shove the river no matter what and you'd have to fold. If he bets small on river you'd still be afraid even to call let alone raise. Given bets so far you'd have to bet the turn now pretty much.. no choice.. unless you want to give him the pot. 4/5-pot is probably the size, fold to any reraise or call/river bet.

[/ QUOTE ] Sometimes you need to bet the best hand just to protect it. Considering the action so far he could have nearly anything. You can get value out of top pair and flush draw hands too. |
