Weight Loss Challenge. I want YOU! (fat ass)
Here's the deal. I'm a 32 year old, former athlete, former fitness enthusiast, former runner and gym-rat, who has absolutely let myself go to pot. I glanced in the mirror this morning after stepping out of the shower and something just snapped, I will not take one more day of looking, feeling and living like a fat slob. I am appalled by my appearance and some immediate and permanent changes are going to take place. I don't even know what I weigh right now, but I would guess around 250 lbs or so. I'm 6'1" with a decent amount of residual muscle under this mountain of flab. Anyways, is there anyone else on this forum who is also fed up with the way they are living and who wants to join/challenge me to a fat-killing duel? The stakes are unimportant, anything reasonable is fine. Let me know if you are interested and we'll set something up. Pictures, numbers, graphs, pie-charts, whatever, I don't give a flip. Let's do it.

New Years, Kwaanza, Halloween, Thanksgiving, whatever. I think it should be a minimum of two months, so that we can realize some significant results. [/ QUOTE ] I think rapid wt. loss is kinda bad for you dude, and it's much harder to maintain long term when it comes off fast. Just an FYI, if you start freakin at the gym 4 days/wk and don't stop you will be fine but in most cases when the wt comes off fast it comes back. |
