Looks good. Unless UTG+1 can fold for 2 bets, he almost has a random hand. SB should be check/raising the flop with a made hand. If he's positionally aware he'll realize you could be isolating the fish in late position, and can have alot of worse hands here.

It can go either way really. If you are constantly betting the turn with wiffed overs that's bad, but giving up on the turn with them all the time isn't right either. Just be aware that at .25/.50 you are likely to find people who can't fold any part of the board or under pp, so while you don't need too much of a read to go either way on the turn, you need a really good read to put any more money into the pot ui on the river.
