I recently read an article about the amazing nutritional benefits about bamboo and was curious as to why it isn't touted heavily in the sates.
The grain of stick varies, and I suppose it would be difficult to ship the large branches. I would be willing to grow my own if it's legal. Does anyone know any good vendors or have any other information to help? |

Bamboo bats are pretty good, though they are outlawed in the MLB.

Bamboo is good, you can get it at Asian groceries, you can get the same benefits by eating other fibrous vegetables. There are literally thousands of healthy plants and you don't need to go chasing them all, just eat lots of vegetables.

You can get bamboo at almost any grocery store. And lol @ OP wondering if it's legal to grow. Do you think it's a drug?
